Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We strive to provide only the highest quality products. However, you may request a return or refund if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product.
     

  • The product delivered is different from what you ordered.
     

  • The product has quality issues as per our inspection team’s assessment.
     

Note: Due to the nature of our products (natural food items), we do not accept returns for opened, used, or partially consumed items unless there is a quality defect.

Timeframe for Request

  • You must initiate your return/refund request within 7 days of receiving your order.
     

Requests beyond this period will not be eligible.

Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless damaged/defective on arrival:

  • Opened food items
     

  • Products past their expiry date at the time of request
     

Products purchased during clearance sales or special promotions (unless defective)

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  1. The product must be sent back in its original packaging, with tags and invoice.
     

  2. Our team will inspect the returned item within 3–5 business days of receipt.
     

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchange Policy

If the product is eligible, you may opt for an exchange instead of a refund.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
     

If the requested product is unavailable, we will process a refund.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong item), we will cover the return shipping charges.
     

If the return is for any other reason, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
